The scientific research center Radix has organized the sixth Tbilisi International Dental Congress in Hotels & Preference Hualing Tbilisi on 7-8 May. During these two days the audience was able to listen to leading foreign and Georgian doctors who discussed their most popular and difficult cases, contemporary treatment issues and demanded medicaments.
Among a lot of interesting lectures I would like to draw your attention to Tengo Biniashvili (the prosthodontist of Albius Dental Centre, and Ceramico) and Yarosav Stelmah (the certified SIRONA speaker) common speech, that was organized by Georgian Digital Dental Association . They talked about aesthetics analysis, communication with the dental laboratory, and about the challenges that faces the digital dentistry. The first to begin was Tengo Biniashvili who disputed about aesthetic options, the laws that should be obeyed to reach the content result. He also paid attention to the important nuances to make dental work easier and better. The cases that were demonstrated by him inspired the audience. Yaroslav who is already a beloved speaker for Georgians, talked over the digital laboratory. How to get and actualize the information sent from the doctor in our days in CAD/CAM laboratory. His cases demonstrated how comfortable, fast and optimal it is to work with modern tools. He also discussed the newest digital way of color determination, that ruined all the stereotypes that we known before. In his speech he also talked about the role of dental photography, neoteric materials and devises.
It should be noted that this was the first time when the orthopedic dental work was discussed from both clinical and laboratory sides. We hope that Georgian doctors got a lot of new and useful information and enjoyed their stay on the sixth Tbilisi International Dental Congress.
