• mechanical aspects of the mechanical formation of the root canal;
• Assessment of complex anatomy: progressive (gradual) curvature, sharp curvature and S-shaped canals;
• Characterization of file rotation types: reciprocal, optimal rotation reverse (OTR) and rotary movements;
• selection of the appropriate taper tool required for each canal and determining the size of the apical hole;
• Creation of channel crossing, manual scouting of the channel and as a result creation of a smooth velvet road;
• Treatment of the middle and apical area of the canal before mechanical instrumentation.
• New technique of canal obturation after mechanical processing.
