Tea Natsvlishvili – The First Georgian Speaker in EuroPerio Expert Session
Vienna, Austria — At EuroPerio 11, the largest and most prestigious scientific congress in the field of periodontology, Tea Natsvlishvili, member of the Radix Supervisory Board and practicing periodontist, delivered a presentation in the expert session, becoming the first Georgian dentist to participate in this format as an official speaker.
Organized by the European Federation of Periodontology (EFP), EuroPerio 11 is held every three years and brings together thousands of specialists from across the globe. Tea Natsvlishvili’s presentation was delivered alongside leading international experts, including Professors Filippo Graziani, Dahmar Elza Slot and Matteo Basso.
Georgia was represented through a range of professional engagements at the congress:
- Ani Tavartkiladze, President of the Georgian Association of Periodontology, carried the national flag during the congress’s official opening ceremony;
- Salome Jmukhadze conducted a clinical workshop on behalf of the company Curasept;
- Tatia Kochladze served as a moderator in the scientific poster session.
This broad participation highlights the growing professional involvement of the Georgian dental community in European and global scientific forums.
